Obituary of Van Kogul

Van Wolf Kogul, age 91, of Denver, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2014 in his home surrounded by family. He was born on April 9, 1922 in Dubno, Poland. He is survived by his wife, four children, and five grandchildren. Van suffered through World War II as a refugee and soldier; the only one of his immediate family to survive the war. Upon arrival to the United States, Van served in the Army in Colorado during the Korean War, making Colorado his permanent home. Van took great pride in his heritage, love of travel and sports, commitment to his profession as the owner of a dental laboratory, and joy in his family.
