Marsha was a good friend for over 15 years, and we also worked together at the Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center. Marsha was always ready to share a laugh about a joke or funny story. I will always remember how her eyes would twinkle as she laughed about something. She was a really fun person, and I stood up for her and defended her several times because she was my friend, a friend I could always count on.
Marsha will be missed by those of us who know what a really wonderful, cool, and fun loving person she was, and how she valued her many friends. I know she is smiling right now. Bob Woodby
