Obituary of Theodore Tulper

TULPER, Theodore "Teddy" 1928-2012 Theodore "Teddy" Tulper, Denver; He was born in Kansas City, MO to the late Dena and Isadore Tulper. Ted's family moved to Denver when he was 11. After graduating from North High School he went into the Army where he served in Korea. After serving his country he returned and worked for Tulper and Company in the family jewelry business. After a few years he went to work for K and B Packing Company and continued to work in the meat business for over 50 years. Ted also was involved in numerous bars and restaurants, the last being Teddy T's which he operated for 24 years. He loved to golf and have a drink with his many friends. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Phyllis, his children Howard (Mary) Tulper of Denver, Ellen (Paul) Seaman of Dubuque, IA, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a brother Leon "Lee" Tulper of Denver. He was preceded in death by daughter Marcee Burton; Graveside will be held, Thursday, September 20th at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 11:15am, Staging Area C. Contributions to Charity of Choice.
